Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • We offer Standard and Express Cash on Delivery (COD) options for added convenience.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of order.
  • Standard Delivery Time: 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as working days for shipping and delivery.

International Shipping Policy

At THE THREADS ART, we proudly ship worldwide through our trusted partners DTDC and FedEx.

Payment Options for International Orders:

  • We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards and Razorpay.
  • Prefer to pay via Bank Transfer? Just get in touch with us, and we'll guide you through the process.

Shipping Charges & Delivery:

  • Shipping charges are paid by the customer as per order.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • Custom Made orders usually take 3-4 business days to dispatch.
  • Delivery time ranges from 4-5 business days, depending on your destination.

Please note: While we strive for timely deliveries, minor delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn't been dispatched within the estimated timeline, feel free to reach out to us.

  • We do not accept cancellations once an international order is placed.
  • No exchange or return is applicable on international orders.

Once your order is shipped, our logistics partner will contact you via the email and phone number provided during checkout.

Customs & Duties

As the recipient, buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes levied by your country.

Our delivery partners may pay these on your behalf, and you can settle them directly at the time of delivery.
