We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or opening video required.
Please make a full 360 degree video of unboxing the parcel and check the garment as we cannot accept returns if the defect is not on video tape
If you have received a damaged product, a wrong size or a wrong product, you can send it back to us for exchange. Unboxing video is compulsory to claim missing or damaged products
Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. we can exchange the item incase the wrong item is sent by us.
